100% Syrah Closed stainless steel tanks. Temperature controlled alcoholic fermentation, 4 week maceration.. Ageing 38 months in new oak.

100% Syrah. Harvested by hand and aged for 20 to 30 days in closed vats under automatic temperature control. Automatic homogenization under the natural force created by the fermentation of the carbon dioxide. Maturation for 25% for 18 to 24 months in new barrels, the rest in barrels of 3 to 5 years.
