Beautiful ruby red color with crimson reflections. In the nose we mainly find black fruit with notes of mint, eucalyptus and a hint of spiciness. On the palate this is confirmed and we discover a very ripe pinot noir with a deep taste and a pleasant and round character. The long finish is supported by ripe and soft tannins and allows us to enjoy a pleasant and tasty aftertaste.
Served chilled, this wine can be perfectly combined with varied charcuterie, salted snacks, white meat, poultry and fish dishes with accompanying sauces. However, at room temperature, it adapts to red meat, white meat, poultry, and various local cheeses.
